WHY DOES THE (1594-B) POP WHEN I
TURN IT ON,
AND CAN IT DAMAGE THE SPEAKERS ?
IT'S LOUD !!

Simple reason...it is broken. They go on & off silently, very easy on speakers.
Perhaps there is something upstream causing the pop. ECO's are notorious for this. Try shorting the input and seeing if the pop remains.

AFTER THE AMP HAS WORMED UP THE PROBLEM

Send it to IraTec Pro Audio - he can fix it.
Those amplifiers always popped a little (almost imperceptable), but not like that.
Great amp!

Check to see if there is a .1 or so microfarad capacitor soldered accross the power switch terminals usually at the switch or input power wiring area near the cord end that is terminated inside the amplifier.
OBVIOUSLY when you look at this area the amplifier should be UNPLUGGED from wall power.
If you have a capacitance meter check it out.
Worth a look.
